When it needs shaping around how you work
Contact us for pricing and to discuss a tailored implementation. This is a conversation rather than a tier, because at this size the useful questions are about your structure and your governance rather than a seat count.
Who this is for
- A local authority or health board deploying across several services with different thresholds, terminology and referral routes.
- A national charity running the same service in regions that do not share a caseload or a language mix.
- A group buying together, whether that is a partnership, a consortium or several bodies under one framework.
- Anyone whose information governance needs answering properly before a single account is created.
What we would want to talk about
- Your structure. How groups, permissions and case management should map onto the services you actually run, rather than onto our default.
- Single sign-on. Available on enterprise plans. Tell us which identity provider you use and how you want accounts provisioned and removed, and it goes into the implementation.
- Your language. The terminology, local schemes, form names and output styles that should be loaded once and shared, so a translation sounds like your organisation and not like a generic service.
- The boundary. Which conversations are in scope and which are out, written into the guidance your staff get. We would rather agree this in detail with you than hand you ours.
- Governance. The controller and processor split, special category data, and the terms still to be agreed are on data protection and UK GDPR. Ask us for what your DPIA needs; where something is not solved yet you will be told that.
- Rollout. Which service goes first, how staff are briefed on what the score markers mean, and how you will tell whether it worked.
- Evidence. Whether you want your use to feed the independent academic validation being arranged. Optional, and nothing identifying anyone leaves your organisation either way.
By discussion
There is no enterprise number on this page because a number that did not come from a conversation about your structure would be a guess dressed up as a quote.
What does not change at this size: it is still rolling, still cancellable, and still has no minimum term. Scale does not buy a lock-in here, in either direction.
What enterprise does not currently include
Worth saying up front, because these are the things a body of this size usually asks for in a first meeting.
Self-hosting
Not today. The application is an ordinary PHP and MariaDB stack, so the hosting is not the hard part; the translation calls to a hosted language model are. It is an open question we are working on.
A contractual SLA
We do not offer one yet, and would rather say that than sign a number we have not measured ourselves against. What we can agree is a named contact and a response commitment we will actually meet.
A saving figure for your business case
Nobody has independently measured it. The business case page gives you the arithmetic to run on your own numbers instead, and your own transcripts and scores from the first day.
Tell us about the organisation
The services involved, roughly how many staff, the languages you meet most often, and the governance you have to satisfy. That is enough for a first useful conversation.
