Fair, open and transparent pricing
Every plan is rolling month to month and can be cancelled at any time.
Which plan is right for you
Every plan carries the whole product. What separates them is whether anything needs to be shared with colleagues, and how much of the setting up you want done for you.
One practitioner
For your own use, on your own account. Monthly, cancel at any time, and move up to an organisation plan later if colleagues want to join you.
A team or a service
More than one person doing the same job, so terminology, templates, case management and output styles are worth setting once for everybody. Three tiers by size.
An authority or a national body
Deployment across several services or regions, procurement and information governance to satisfy, and something that needs shaping around how you actually work. Priced on discussion.
Access to all features and functionality
All languages
No per-language charge and no language pack to buy. When new languages are seeded they are available to everyone.
On their own device
Send a single link and the person reads and replies on their own phone, in their own language, with the interface in it too. Where the subject is sensitive, that is the difference between a disclosure and a silence. The shared screen at a desk is there when it suits better.
Nothing to install
It runs in the browser you already have, on the machines you already use. The other person installs nothing and creates no account.
Fidelity scoring
Per-turn scoring, below-threshold revision before delivery, and a clarifying question where the source is ambiguous. Not an add-on.
Transcripts and audit
Every conversation reviewable afterwards, with the score attached to each turn at the time, and an audit record of administrative actions.
Continuous development
The product is improved continuously and every improvement reaches you automatically, in the browser you already have. Nothing to update, no version to migrate to, no upgrade to buy. Speech in and out, document translation and more languages arrive on your plan as they land.
Rolling, month to month
Cancel at any time. No annual commitment, no minimum term, no notice period, and no penalty for stopping. If it is not earning its place in a month, stop paying for it.
Full transparency
We would rather you had these answers before you commit to a month.
One month is the whole commitment
No minimum term, no notice period and no exit fee, on any plan including the organisation tiers. The decision in front of you is about this month, and you can make it without a business case.
