Register on the application
Registration, sign-in and everything to do with your credentials happen on the application itself at app.mywords.chat. You can sign in there with a passkey, or with a username and password. This site never sees any of it, which is deliberate: a marketing page is the wrong place to handle a credential.
You will need your name, a work email, your organization, and a rough idea of which plan fits. If none of them fits, the same page will point you at us.
By registering you accept the boundary set out on the safeguards page, which lists the conversations this tool should not be used for.
What happens next
- Your account is set up. On a personal plan that is the whole of it. On an organization plan we set up the group, permissions and any templates with you.
- Payment. Monthly by Direct Debit through GoCardless, or a one-off bank payment where your finance team would rather pay a period up front. Invoice and purchase order work on any organization tier.
- Before the first conversation. Read the safeguards and the user guide. Neither is long, and between them they cover what the markers mean and when to stop.
What you are committing to
One month. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no exit fee, on any plan including the organization tiers. If it is not earning its place, stop paying for it.
